By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Timewise is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Timewise does not directly store sensitive payment information such as complete card numbers, CVV numbers, or banking credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

9. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery ("COD") is offered, availability may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, product, or other factors.

Additional charges may apply to COD orders where specified at checkout.

Timewise reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain orders or locations.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes displayed on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delivery is subject to the shipping partner's processes.

A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund or cancellation.

If an order is returned to Timewise because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, provided an incorrect address, or otherwise failed to accept the shipment, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.

11. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For customised, personalised, or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

12. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns for damaged or defective products must generally be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide a continuous unboxing video, photographs of the package, and photographs of the damaged or defective product for verification.

All content available on the Timewise website, including but not limited to:

16. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, Timewise may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, special offers, or other promotions.
